Want to lose weight? Start by changing your thoughts and vocabulary. Many women have a ticker tape in their minds saying not skinny enough, not good enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough, etc. It feels shitty to have these negative thoughts. Even worse many women say these negative thoughts out loud further solidifying their significance. You cannot create lasting weight loss from a place of lack. Jealousy Sucks

Jealousy is the main reason women put each other down. It happens in the media constantly. Junior high and high schools are hotbeds of insecure girls doing anything they can to feel better about themselves. Hence the reason “bullying” is a buzzword heard all the time. Are you that person putting others down or being mean? If so, stop now and see how much better you'll feel. Jealousy doesn't feel good. Being mean doesn't feel good either.

Indulgence

Give yourself the gift of indulgence. Indulgence makes life enjoyable. I see too many women denying themselves indulgence. We were not meant to endure and deprive ourselves. Maybe you grew up in a family where you saw your mom denying herself of simple pleasures. Maybe being a martyr was admired. Maybe you feel like your financial situation dictates how much indulgence you deserve. Throw that flawed thinking out quickly. Everyone deserves to indulge

A Healthier Spin on Pizza Night

My family usually orders pizza once a week. I like the night off from cooking, and we all love pizza. Here is my suggestion to make pizza night a little healthier.
